Humans of Experian

Meet the people of Experian®. We’re honored to work with so many extraordinary individuals who strengthen our culture and make our business better. Here are a few:

“My son was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy when he was two. He’s now 11 and doing better than anticipated. The doctors credited our family for doing everything we were supposed to be doing with him, and I credit Experian for the outpouring of support so my son could receive the treatment he needed.”

"It feels good to have your boss supportive of who you are. It feels empowering to know that the organization wants you to show up as everything that you can bring to the table. And it's relaxing to know that you're safe and that you can be who you are, and that your opportunities are going to be there."

Michele B. (She/Her)
President, Experian Mortgage, Employer Services
and Verification Solutions

“I decided to sponsor the Asian American ERG because of my personal experience as an immigrant to the U.S. A company is only as strong as its people, and Experian has discovered how to leverage that diversity as an asset.”

Jimmy C. (He/Him)
SVP of Total Quality Management

Connecting our employees

Since its launch in 2017, the Power of YOU movement has become a foundational, recognized part of Experian’s culture. Belonging is central to this movement because everyone is an important member of our organization, and we value the unique contributions each person brings to the table, including their talents, identity and passion. Here, everyone belongs.

Employee resource groups

Employee resource groups (ERGs) support and affirm the unique experiences and identities of our employees. ERGs provide opportunities to observe, learn, participate and celebrate each other’s backgrounds and give back in numerous ways.

External diversity partnerships

We collaborate with community organizations to enhance our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. We've partnered with UnidosUS to provide credit education training to their Financial Empowerment Network (FEN) counselors and bilingual resources to their members.

Representation

We focus on attracting diverse talent and invest in their success. We actively work on improving representation at all levels by identifying high-performing talent with diverse backgrounds and focusing development through leadership programs like Explorations into Leadership, Experian Business Network and CEO Forum. These programs provide direct experience and learning opportunities to help advance your career with us.

Talent development and advancement

Investing in our people is key to our success. We launched our Career Hub in February 2022 alongside Be World Ready, our Experian-wide Careers Week. The week was a combination of global and regional career and learning content aimed to help our colleagues grow their careers within Experian and proactively staying up to date with the changing market. We had over one-third of our global workforce participate in at least one of the 70 sessions.
