Young Professionals

The mission is to empower the young professionals within our organization by fostering an inclusive community that values diverse perspectives. They are committed to bridging generational gaps and enhancing collaboration across other ERGs.

Our ASPIRE ERG Leadership team is always thinking of ways to support our community throughout the year. I lead one ERG chapter...because mental and emotional health are very important to our overall wellbeing. I’m a yoga and meditation student and teacher when I’m not at work. For someone who is very analytical like myself, they are great practices that help me find balance.

Our clubs are key to fostering belonging and encouraging employees to bring their whole selves to work. However unique your interests are, we probably have a club for it. If not, we’d love to help you start a new one. Our roster of clubs reflects the diversity of our people and their interests, no matter the topic.

Lifestyle clubs

Have a niche hobby or just looking for like-minded people? Our long list of lifestyle clubs covers everything from book clubs to arts and sciences, religious and spiritual groups, alumni groups and more.

The Experian ERGs and clubs are such a wonderful way to further conversations, inclusiveness, and connections in small and meaningful ways. Shared interests in these groups brings together groups of people with a genuine interest to learn and grow, and in turn creates more ways for folks to feel heard and make a meaningful impact in sharing their voice.
