Impactful Inclusion
We want to create a better tomorrow by making a positive change in the world. One of our core tenets is to close the financial wealth gap of the world’s underserved communities
Access to credit is often the most significant barrier to financial inclusion, and we recognize that closing the wealth gap is key to greater racial equity. That’s why we launched Inclusion Forward – Experian Empowering Opportunities™, an initiative to harness our data, analytics and tech expertise to help clients create and provide more affordable credit access in diverse communities.
Experian is proud to partner with Ascend, the largest Pan-Asian business professional membership organization in North America. Ascend's mission is to empower the Asian American Pacific Islander community. Our colleagues share what the conference theme means to them personally and professionally.
#AscendLeadership
Experian has taken a stance to help those in need. In an effort to empower vulnerable consumers across the globe, especially those further marginalized by COVID-19, we launched United for Financial Health. This initiative helps preserve housing through the Home Preservation Grant, support small businesses, and offer career and higher education development programs.
We’re helping people from racial and ethnic minority groups understand their finances and help improve their credit. We’ve reached more than 4.6 million people this year through this U.S.-based partnership. To reinforce this commitment, Experian COO Craig Boundy joined the HOPE Global Board of Advisors in April 2021.
Employees contributed over 70,000 volunteer hours last FY.
We made US$19.7 million in charitable and voluntary contributions to support communities last FY.
The Heart of Experian was created to help employees support communities in need by giving back through work-time volunteerism, donations and support for nonprofit organizations. See how we’re helping to make a positive impact in our communities.
