"I am honored to have access to senior executives and peers who have provided mentorship and support. Moreover, it is inspiring to see Experian investing in those who are often credit invisible, fostering inclusivity and providing opportunities to impact lives. It is reassuring that the organization encourages bringing one's whole self to work, which helps to create a positive and impactful work environment.

By investing in historically underrepresented communities and supporting historically black universities, of which I am a graduate, Experian is helping to level the playing field. This can positively impact individuals, families, and entire communities by increasing access to credit and helping people achieve their financial goals."

“Throughout my internship at Experian I've been able to learn more about the consumer services side of the company and expand my coding skills by learning new software. I was also able to learn more about what it meant to work in a remote corporate world, and I love that Experian was able to make me feel a part of the company from the comfort of my home.

It was an enriching experience that led me to choose Experian for the Xcelerator program where I am excited to be on two different teams providing me with expanded challenges and career pathways!

"Throughout my rotations in the Xcelerator program, not only did I gain hard skills like programming languages, scrum principles and software tools, but I also have gained plenty of soft skills like communication, problem solving, teamwork, time management and adaptability that I was able to carryover successfully to my permanent role at Experian.

I’d definitely describe my Experian Journey as rewarding; The Xcelerator program is without a doubt an invaluable stepping stone in my career development!"
