Working at Experian

Our moto is 'Investing in YOU'. We love people that have a huge appetite to learn and grow. We not only encourage this but proactively support through an array of formal and informal initiatives.

As a Global Enterprise organisation we follow a standard 'blended learning' approach, dialled up to 11 with contemporary tools, self-learning and exciting experiential opportunities (global assignments, Gig projects, shaddowing etc)

There is so much potential at Experian to diversify and embrace unconventional career pathways if you wish; vertical, meandering, lateral.

As a global company our expectation is that our employees expand their experiences, knowledge and horizons. We feel this provides win win outcomes for our people and our business

The answer is simple, plenty. We offer work that works for you.

Whether that’s about where you work or adjusting your hours to better fit with your life. Our flexible working practices, including our hybrid working model where employees can split their working time between the office and their home, support our belief that this balance brings long-lasting benefits for our business as well as our people. Please discuss what works for you during the hiring process.

We implement our commitment through initiatives, programmes, training, and access to support. This includes (but not confined to) awareness campaigns, Mental Health Sponsors, Trained Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA) and access to EAP
