Finance Talent Accelerator - 12 month Internship Program
Work on real-world financial projects and gain practical experience in various finance functions, receive mentorship from industry experts and participate in professional development workshops. Connect with finance professionals and build a network that will support your career growth. There is potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.
Analytics Summer Practice
As a Summer Practice Participant, you will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills, while obtaining modelling insight and creating a standardized scorecard using Experian’s solution in Python environment. The training provides the chance to develop a business strategy and find statistical relationships when analyzing data, allowing you to apply your knowledge in mathematics and statistics.
Experian Software Solutions Development Workshop
The Experian Development Workshop is a four-week series of remote events for students where they face diverse challenges, work with inspirational mentors, and have fun.
The students form teams to create business projects, choosing their own tech stack and making key decisions. Each team will have a Group Mentor and access to Subject Matter Experts for technical and business guidance. The workshops include lectures, team meetings, and individual mentoring.

Since 2013, Experian Bulgaria has been actively nurturing strong ties with prominent educational institutions, including schools, academies, and universities through our University Relations Group. Our efforts include delivering lectures and educational sessions to students, providing insights into the industry and practical knowledge. We also organize open door days, allowing students to explore the professional environment and gain a better understanding of potential career paths. We are a regular participant in universities’ career fairs, where we connect with students, offer mentorship, and provide guidance on career development.

This Analytics Summer Practice is a wonderful opportunity to learn a lot about data modeling and banking, as well as to apply the knowledge obtained in higher education institutions, especially in disciplines such as Statistics and Econometrics.
I broadened my view. Before entering the practice, I did not know much about credit scorecard creation, so it was a very educational experience for me.
I would definitely recommend it. It is a very good experience to have and it also provides excellent preparation for your work life.
